- Email vulnerability reports are parsed on our servers and analyzed using a set of fine-tuned models with our AI partners. You can see a list of all of our partners that we use for analysis on privacy page.
- How long do you keep the reports?
- All reports are stored for at least 90 days or as long as your selected plan specifies, after which they are deleted from our servers. However, to help you comply with regulations, we keep metadata about the reports until you delete your account.
- Do you scan inbound emails for viruses and malware?
- Yes. All inbound emails are scanned for spam, viruses, and malware. We use a combination of proprietary and third-party tools to ensure that your data is safe.
- Where and do you store inbound vulnerability reports?
- All vulnerability reports are transferred and stored with industry standard encryption on our servers. This includes attachments and uploaded files.
